These people are so great. They cut my whole backyard the sides and front of my house and did a wonderful job. The gentleman even cleaned up behind himself and made my patio look so good. I called and made an appointment to have someone to cut my grass and the black lady that I spoke to told me that she would send an email and a contract to sign. Which I had never received. I called many time’s and left messages and no one has returned my calls. You wonder why no one does business with black people. Very unprofessional.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Had a lawn contract with the company to come out ever 10-14 days however in June they went MIA. Did not return my voicemails or emails and did not show up to mow my lawn. I found them to be slow to come out at times last year but nothing this bad. They have become very unreliable.
